Never paddled before? Want to learn proper paddle strokes and form? Join us for our learn to paddle class!

We will cover the following topics while enjoying the great natural beauty of Lake Washington:

• How to choose safety gear and clothing
• Understand parts of the paddleboard and accessories
• Carrying a SUP
• Basics of water safety
• Launching, paddling sitting or kneeling and standing up
• Proper technique for forward stroke, turning, and stopping
• Balancing on the board, falling safely and getting back on
• Other topics depending on how you progress or what you want to learn

Class price of $35 includes two hours of paddleboard instruction from a certified instructor, plus all required gear including paddleboard, paddle, life jacket, leash, and dry bag.
