Is this the best way to end your day? Probably!

We're going paddling with Manhattan Kayak Company (MKC) on the Hudson River. We're timing it so we get to enjoy the sunset and the skyline but be back on shore before it gets too dark.

After the paddle, we'll do a classic Mappy Hour hang at the boathouse with our favorite drink sponsors.

• Guides for a 1.5 hour paddling excursion on the Hudson River
